About this artwork

"Moon and Time" is a dream-image captured before sleep. A stick-like figure stands in a field of deep blues, its head a pocket watch with a single eye at its center—an eye that fixes directly on the viewer. On its hands, more eyes open, multiplying its awareness. Beside it, the moon and abstract lines float in rhythm, symbols of eternity and cycles. This is time made human, unsettling and intimate, watching us as much as we watch it.
