These landscapes come from memory, imagination, and the quiet spaces in between.
I don’t paint places.
I paint how they feel.
Embrace is part of my ongoing exploration of inner landscapes—places that exist somewhere between memory, nature, and imagination. The inspiration comes from the soft, calming feeling of being surrounded by nature, when the outside world and the inner world begin… to blend. Fragments of places I’ve visited, colours observed in natural environments, and emotional impressions all find their way into the composition. Through this painting, I hope viewers experience a sense of calm and grounding, as if stepping into a gentle and protective space. The title Embrace reflects that feeling of being held by the landscape—an atmosphere that invites pause, reflection, and connection.
