About this artwork
This original acrylic marker artwork is inspired by one of the visionary architectural pavilions of the 1970 Osaka World Expo. Nadiya Pankova reimagines the futuristic forms and vibrant optimism of that era with dynamic lines, bold colors, and a sense of playful retro-tech energy. Painted on canvas in a large 40×60 cm format, this work celebrates a moment in history when design, innovation, and imagination converged. The composition evokes both nostalgia…
and sci-fi wonder, blending architectural structure with surreal color vibrations. A vivid homage to utopian dreams of the 20th century.
