This is a completely unique and original abstract oil painting on canvas. This painting incorporates techniques and an aesthetic I have been working to perfect over the years. The colors are vibrant and alive and the texture on the edges is highly tactile and almost edible. This piece is an exercise in simplicity and harmony of color in its extremes. The colors streak and mix on the canvas… and appear to almost be racing past your vision, creating a blur of magnificent color left behind. Texture and forms emerge within the piece to give it added depth and meaning. This piece is soft, with colorful highlights. There is a hopeful, beautiful and serene feeling to this painting. It is truly an original oil painting like no other.
