About this artwork
I unfold like a diffuse breath, an inner landscape where water and color intertwine to reveal what eludes words. My hues oscillate between turquoise and gray, as if light and shadow were attempting a dialogue without ever settling. I am traversed by drips, outpourings, hesitant lines: veins that meander, traces that seem to search for each other, lose themselves, then reappear elsewhere.

Thierry Buisson, a self-taught painter from Lyon, trained in the world of Joan Miro, Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee and Picasso.
In 2024, he was awarded a medal by the Academy of Arts, Sciences and Letters.
Her technique is a rhythmic and instinctive combination of acrylic, pastel chalk and plaster. Her work falls within an expressive abstraction, inherited from cubism, where structure dialogues with emotion.
