About this artwork

"Caress", a 4.5" cast silicone bronze sculpture that is exquisitely finished. Dark patina with polished highlights seated on a natural stone base. The base measures 4"x3"x2" and adds to the general height. I try to convey with the least body language the most endearing expression between lovers or families. It is almost a human abstraction that still communicates emotion.

Caress is a small couple sculpture in an open-ended edition. It's open-ended… because you can mix and match and add figures over time to build your family sculpture. It, in fact, is becoming a unique sculpture as you interact with the individual figures. You will find more figures, children, and pets in the Yenny Cocq Signature collection.

The figures are small yet speak volumes. They can become the centerpiece of the mantle or shelf.
