At the heart of their work is the question of how forces can not only be represented, but also experienced as a state.
Starting with the series UNDER PRESSURE, in which internal tensions and structural loads become visible, her work consistently develops further into the series STATIK.
Here, movement and direction increasingly dissolve. Tension is bound, condensed, and transformed into a state.
The works are characterized by a reduced visual language in which the material itself becomes a carrier of energy. Textile structures, densities, and surface processes are not decorative but functional – they hold what can no longer be discharged.
Her works oscillate between presence and restraint, between visible structure and quiet intensification.
They are investigating the moment when movement seems possible, but fails to occur.
