Adubi Mydaz Makinde is an award-winning artist based in Nigeria whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in Canada. In addition, his art has been featured in publications such as Vanguard News Nigeria, Polo Lifestyle Magazine UK, The Daily Sun, etc. Makinde's distinctive abstract expressionist compositions convey "authentic African narratives", while also championing women's emancipation. He primarily creates with acrylics on canvas.
