If your artwork does not feel right in your space, you have 30 days from delivery to return it, free of charge. We arrange the collection and process your full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fees, no fine print.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every artwork sold on Singulart comes with a certificate of authenticity. For works by living artists, this certificate is signed directly by the artist. For established masters, it is issued by a recognized authentication authority. We never list reproductions.
Damage & Loss Coverage
If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer you a full professional repair at no cost, or a complete refund of the purchase price. Every shipment is fully insured.
Secure Payment
All transactions are processed via SSL-encrypted checkout. Your payment is held in escrow and only released to the artist once you have confirmed receipt of your artwork. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Insured Worldwide Shipping
All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS with full tracking and insurance. Delivery takes an average of 7 days door to door. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
