« Free yourself from thought and reasoning while being permeable to the sensory oscillations of life and nature and ... walk beyond reality. »
Jean-Pierre Bouttier, also known as Akil, is an award-winning artist whose works have been exhibited in his native France. All of his creations are abstract, yet also represent nature in all its shapes through sensorial representation. Behind his pantheist vision of art, Bouttier's compositions link nature to the soul, and the soul to nature. His bold pieces are primarily created using acrylics on canvas.
