Alabi is an artist based in Nigeria whose paintings have been exhibited both nationally and in the United States. His distinctive figurative works fuse cubism with semi-abstraction. Through his art, Alabi conveys messages of love and self-love. In addition, his compositions celebrate black people and connect with the roots of his culture. He primarily creates using acrylics, oils, and charcoal on canvas.
