Alain HALTER

Alain Halter has been painting since a young age, he was trained in Fine Arts and Decorative Arts. He then worked as a graphic designer. After oil painting, he now uses extra fine acrylic as well as digital tools. He combines classical and abstract pictorial techniques, supported by a delicate figurative thread, to create a variety of subjects such as cats, nudes, still lifes and landscapes, etc. His work expresses a fascinating alliance between tradition and modernity. He has participated in personal and group exhibitions mainly in France since 1974.
