Alain Mouyal

Alain Mouyal, a self-taught artist, passionately explores Indian ink, watercolor, acrylic, and oil painting, as well as sculpture, welding, and wood. He combines mixed media—creating his own colors from natural pigments and incorporating wood, metal, and Plexiglas—to bring to life hybridizations between human and animal. His approach, imbued with symbolism and poetry, conveys a vibrant revolt and deep compassion for human beings, awakening in the viewer a range of emotions from heartbreak to wonder.
