« I seek to contextualize the photographic print as a sublime object in which lies the promise of reunification with a pre-Big Bang primordial singularity. »
Alan Knox is a London based photographer, who trained in Scotland at the Glasgow School of Art. Fascinated by astronomy and astrology, Alan defines his role as a photographer by a desire to reconcile the basic human need for wholeness versus the fragmentation of the subject in the photograph.
