Alan Parsons is a prizewinning artist from the United Kingdom with national exposure. Working across mediums but primarily in painting and drawing, Parsons takes figurative subject matter and turns it into abstract representations. He is inspired by artists from Bellini to Bacon, Rembrandt to Richter, in their use of color to express ideas and emotion. Parsons paints to explore this sensibility of color, expressing subjects and sensations in his own unique palette.
