Alison Price is a prize-winning American painter whose use of color is bold and abundant. She believes that there is no reason to fear it, as color conveys intention, and the layers and nuances of color play can express emotions that words and actions cannot. Working in many artistic styles, Price's pieces take on many manifestations. She has implemented a zero-waste policy since 2015, as she wants her artistic practice to be sustainable and to reference respect for the planet.
