Andreas Gleich was born in Brazil. After working in Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, and Spain, the internationally active artist lives and works in Germany. His oeuvre encompasses graphic works as well as paintings, photographs, and sculptures. He also possesses a large body of conceptual work. This area includes works such as the series UNFINISHED ISSUES, the installation BOAT, the video GOD DOESN'T LIKE YOU. GOD FINDS YOU TO VOMIT, the performance piece TRANSFORMATION, and the book BORDER EXPERIENCE - Destination Europe. An artist monograph.
