German sculptor and painter Andreas Locher's artwork is inspired by everyday objects though it's execution is anything but! His vivid and emotive depictions of animals, fruits, the human form and minerals take on a life of their own. His use of color, shape and shading make him a true master of still-life and more abstract, impressionist styles.
Andrea's sculptural pieces are rendered in wood and steel though abstractly carved they also deal with natural themes in a sympathetic and transformative way.
