Andres Cuellar is a Bolivian artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. His artistic practice centers on the portrayal of situations that occur on a daily basis, including the interactions between people, behavior in solitude, as well as what occurs on the street, in the newspapers, and on the internet. Cuellar creates from both a personal and situational perspective. In his composiitons, "the abstract of actions coexists with the figurative".
