« I paint to share my personal world and the pleasure I find in recording it. »
Andrew Hird is an artist based in the United Kingdom whose paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions in England. Creating in a distinctive figurative style that is inspired by the great impressionist and landscape painters, his works are divided into two themes: the local area where he lives on the English coast and cityscapes from his travels around the UK and overseas. Hird primarily creates with oils on canvas or linen.
