Greece
Andy Millis is a self-taught artist working with mediums like glass, plexiglass, wood, paper, and canvas, grounded in a background spanning commercial décor and urban environments since the late 1980s. He masterfully combines contemporary and pop techniques—metallic sprays, geometric lines from the human form, and layered prints—often juxtaposing natural light and color with urban textures and graffiti. His works vibrantly explore nostalgia, infusing raw emotion, memory, and passionate connection through layered color and tactile surfaces that invite viewers into a realm of heartfelt intensity.
An artist whose work explores the intersection of contemporary portraiture, abstraction, and cultural storytelling. Through a vibrant palette and a blend of expressive forms, he strives to create art that sparks curiosity, conversation, and emotional resonance.
