Ante Milas is a Croatian painter and draftsman based in Germany whose works have been exhibied natioanlly, as well as in Portugal, Spain, and Italy. He describes his visual reflections as halfway between tradition and modernity. In addition, Milas' distinctive figurative compositions value image surface and illusionary image space. He creates using watercolors, India ink, oils, and tempera on paper or canvas.
