Antoni Karwowski is a Polish painter who looks to explore his evolving perception of the world through his work. Within each of Karwowski’s paintings, topics become pretexts and an invitation for dialogue. Bold acrylic strokes are layered with vibrating oil pastel lines, dynamizing and stimulating interaction within each composition. In drawing upon this variety of media, Karwowski is able to start his dialogues within his own paintings, whilst also inviting the viewer’s subsequent reflection.
