Transience, memory, and mindfulness shape my artistic work. I am convinced that a deep awareness of the transience of life simultaneously reveals the significance of special moments. In my works, I seek an expression of this balance—between melancholy and hope, between what passes away and what remains within us.

I'm antonio, a Berlin-based photographer specializing in documentary and atmospheric photography. During the coronavirus pandemic, I rediscovered my artistic direction. In my series "Lost Places," I explore not only the passing of time, but also the emergence of new meanings. Light, fractures, and textures tell stories that have rarely been spoken. My goal is to make the appreciation of memories visible—and to experience the fleeting as something lasting.
