Avishai Greis

Avishai Greis is a sculptor with fifty years’ experience as a jeweler and metalworker, working primarily in bronze and recycled metals. He uses the lost wax process—uniquely substituting vegetables, flowers, and fruit—to give ephemeral natural forms everlasting presence, often finishing with patina or letting process dictate surface beauty. His sculptures evoke deep reverence for nature’s fleeting wonders, capturing their vitality and giving them a poignant, eternal dignity.
