« The movement of water as it reacts to shorelines and dissipates gets me fired up. »
Bill McArthur is an experienced artist from the United Kingdom whose work has been featured in exhibitions nationally. After spending 20 years as a commercial fisherman, McArthur applied his passion for painting as a seascape artist. Working primarily in oils and with a thick impasto technique, his seascapes are characterized by lush textures and a great attention to light in the waves, capturing the weather and season.
