« If I can create a painting that brings someone long-term pleasure and at the same time challenge traditional perspectives, then I may have done my job as an artist. »
Chris Kettle is an artist based in the United Kingdom whose paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions in England. Creating in a classical style, his artistic works center on still-lifes. Kettle describes himself as being absorbed with the challenge of expressing human emotion through inanimate, non-human objects. His expressive compositions are created with oils on linen or wood.
