Christine List

Christine List, a self-taught painter with a profound artistic background, creates expressive works primarily in oil, acrylic, and oil pastel on canvas. She combines contemporary, gestural, and abstract techniques with mystical elements and her own symbolism, inspired by Paul Rotterdam's philosophy of art and influences from the Salzburg Summer Academy. Her artworks convey an imaginative renewal, break down rigid structures, and invite the viewer to transcend emotional boundaries and experience authenticity and uniqueness.
