- Works on commission
Engel, a painter rooted in the childhood fascination of oil paint, masterfully manipulates space and elements, both internal and external, to construct narratives in his work. His technique, often emerging mid-creation, irreversibly ties the viewer's emotions to his representation of space. Through his vibrant canvas, he imparts a palpable sensation of understanding his environment, thus illustrating his voice as an artist.
