Rooted in a traditional foundation, Arkanov’s early work emerges from the physical act of painting—a fusion of acrylics, silicone and organic oils, ink, and resin on canvas, wood, and plexiglass. These materials respond not only to the hand, but to time and gravity, creating compositions that often feel discovered rather than constructed. Photographed while still fluid using High Dynamic Range photography, these works preserve the intensity of their moment and are offered as fine art prints. Later, when painting became physically limited, Arkanov turned to AI-assisted digital work—not as a detour, but as evolution. These images emerge through dialog between human vision and machine potential. Dreamlike, abstract, surreal, and meditative, they extend rather than imitate traditional work. Whether born from brush or dialog, each piece invites reflection—art that listens as much as it speaks.
