« My work celebrates women by exploring the connection between our physical bodies and personal identity. »
By merging her knowledge of fashion, the human figure, and my her as a woman, Cindy Press' work forms an engaging narrative that speaks to both sexes. Insisting that she does not objectify her subjects, instead, she seeks to capture their drama, confidence, sex appeal, and charm. Press emphasizes the provocative, challenging the viewer to think, even if it makes them uncomfortable.
