Claude GIORGI

Claude Giorgi, a self-taught sculptor born in Nice, shapes bronze and aluminum from recycled materials, after years of working with iron and ceramics. He invents his own techniques, refusing to adhere to any established artistic movement, and creates each piece uniquely, inspired by the sea and the memory of the oceans. His works blend references to primitive times, Mediterranean nature, and themes of war, exalting the king of fishes. His art conveys the raw emotion of humanity, oscillating between beauty, complexity, and universal suffering.
