German graffiti artist Claudia "MadC" Walde was born in 1980 in Bautzen. She received a master's degree in graphic design and studied Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle and London's famous St. Martin's College. She is known for her large-scale outdoor paintings and has published three books in the international street art world.
