Clemens Gerstenberger is an established sculptor from Germany whose works have been featured in solo and group shows internationally. Interested in the work of late gothic sculpture masters as a teenager, Gerstenberger first explored the practice on a scholarship in Japan by working in wood. Combining his love for nature with modern architecture, he bases his artworks on delicate paper foldings which he then transforms into sculptures out of wood, stone, and bronze.
