« Life is a stage, we are actors in a great play. Life is directing, there is no beginning and no end. However, there are different directions we can go. »

Cleo Ruisz is an Austrian painter and draftsman who has exhibited her paintings nationally, as well as in the United States, Germany, France, and Italy. Having explored various topics in her art throughout her career, she mostly paints animals and people. Ruisz's figurative compositions portray humans in different forms of expression, whereas her pieces that feature animals convey humorous elements. She combines photorealism with elements of abstraction using acrylics, oils, and charcoal on canvas.
