Cody Swanson is an American sculptor based in Italy whose works have been featured in exhibitions nationally, as well as in Ireland, the United States, and England. Through his artistic expression, he seeks continuity with the past. As a practicing Catholic, Swanson is very passionate about sacred themes along with classical Graeco-Roman mythology. His pieces begin with a sketch, which is translated into clay, cast in plaster, then realized with bronze or marble
