Corrado Varisco was born into drawing and trained at the Liceo Artistico and the Brera Academy of Fine Arts.
He prefers painting on wood, using materials such as fire, watercolor, acrylic and pyrography.
His style is expressed through marks, fills, distortions, erasures, and shading, creating surprising "pictorial accidents." His works invite reflection, offering an emotional catharsis, allowing us to reinterpret ourselves with a new and liberating perspective.
