Cristina Rodriguez was born in Colombia in 1964. She studied in Bogotá and London, and credits her then tutor Lorenzo Jaramillo with igniting her love of painting. She paints exclusively with oil on linen, her work compelling us to reject the world’s violence and pain and immerse ourselves instead in its wonder and its poetry. Her paintings are the traces of love and joy that she will leave behind.
