« Our mind holds so many wonders and I believe art is the best tool to transmit them. »
Dairo Vargas is primarily interested in the representation of external responses from internal experience, and vice versa. Each of his works is a doorway to subconscious memories and emotions. Vargas' paintings invite the viewer to reflect on personal memories and encourage retrospection. As his work aims to capture the process of thought, he uses gestural free association to represent the mind when connecting to a higher energy. He favors acrylics and mixed media.
