David Calmberg: Lecturer & visual artist, painter and draftsman with strong ties to the Expressionist family of artists. Parents, painter and violinist, once friends with ARPenck and Jörg Immendorf, as well as Prof. Markus Lüpertz, who accompanied my artistic development with great enthusiasm. Neo-expressionism, Fauvism and Surrealism are universes that challenge me and will challenge future generations. Technique: preferably acrylic, oil, tempera and gouache.
