« "We have art in order not to die of the truth. We have art so that we shall not die of reality. - Friedrich Nietzsche" »
Deepti Gupta, an Indian painter who has exhibited nationally, believes that art gives freedom for fantastical expression. She says that her art is not religious in nature, that it is merely her interpretation of the world surrounding her. Relating to a contemporary artistic approach, Gupta’s works contain “high-tech” elements with color that speaks louder than form. She uses acrylics on canvas when creating.
