Diane Bussieres is a French-Canadian artist whose paintings have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions nationally. One of the recurring themes in her art is exploration. For Bussieres, art is not only a mode of expression, but it is also a "perpetual search for experimentation" and internalization. Her personal and intuitive artistic approach is translated through abstraction, as it is a language she employs as a witness to her reflection on "freedom and the passage of time".
