Dona Nelson

Dona Nelson, an American painter, layers gestural abstraction with tactile materials, disrupting the passive gaze. His work rebuffs singular style, instead engaging fluid techniques and a bold physicality that nods to Pollock's legacy. His paintings evoke raw, confrontational emotion, inviting viewers into a dialogue with the ebbs and flows of creative force.
