Edward Love, an accomplished painter with a passion for acrylic on canvas, draws from a formative childhood encounter with Calder’s Circus at the Whitney Museum. He shuns the paintbrush, instead using a variety of unconventional tools to investigate how texture, color, and pattern shape our perceptions. His evocative compositions invite viewers to explore the hidden layers and emotions within everyday visual experiences.
