Eric Douane, a former student of Beaux Arts and Jean-Pierre Pincemin, is a painter represented by several galleries. His unique technique oscillates between abstraction and figuration, in a minimalist style that emphasizes the ephemeral. His series, "Les Ondes Silencieuses", explores the luminosity and chromatic variations of the northern coastline, referring to the emotions of a motionless traveler in front of a constantly changing horizon.
