« It is the artist who has to control the form, and not be controlled by it. »
Italian artist Franco Crocco's artworks are colorful and dynamic, textured explosions of vibrant hues which instantly catch the eye. His pieces are richly layered and tactile, mixing traditional painting materials with recycled and building matter, they reference the consumeristic nature of contemporary society. Franco's artworks are often encrypted with a symbolic key, close geometric shapes and color patterns which express his reflections on contemporary society.
