Georges Laurent, a self-taught sculptor, shapes animals from clay, reflecting his childhood in Auvergne, where clay was his only toy. Through clay modeling and lost-wax casting, he brings horses, owls and other animals to life, all done with passion in his workshop before the final stage of bronze casting. Marked by the beauty of animals in their natural habitat, each piece by Laurent exudes authenticity and conveys an emotion of serenity and natural harmony.
