« I believe that cinematography can be a great source of inspiration if it is combined with the traditional techniques of oil painting and classical drawing. »
Gianluca Rotelli is an artist based in Italy whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States, Ireland, and England. For him, narrative-based works are of vital importance, as he feels the need to create stories that simultaneously convey many meanings. Rotelli's striking compositions often feature scenes that are "frozen", as if they are in a film, conveying a sense of "mystery and eternity".
