« I try to keep my spontaneity and surprise myself. »
Gilbert Raffin has extensively exhibited his paintings throughout his native France. A classically trained artist, he has also illustrated books and movie posters for several years. The predominant theme that links both his figurative and abstract works is the search for light. Employing various techniques, Raffin creates using acrylics on canvas or paper.
