Giulia Mercuri is a professional freelance illustrator and concept artist whose work is driven by atmosphere, emotion, and balance. Her artistic practice is informed by an academic background in Theoretical Physics, which influences her sensitivity to structure, rhythm, and harmony within the visual field.
Through expressive brushwork and nuanced use of color, she transforms real places and everyday moments into poetic, immersive scenes that move between figuration and abstraction. Rather than focusing on literal representation, her paintings evoke memory, stillness, and emotional resonance.
Each artwork invites quiet contemplation, engaging the viewer both visually and emotionally. Giulia Mercuri's work appeals to collectors seeking contemporary paintings that combine sensitivity, depth, and a timeless, elegant presence.
